Job Title: Production Employee

Job Description: The production of engine parts for the Toyota Motor Company. Starting in the machining department doing production machining I was transferred to the High Pressure casting line. Job duties included production, delivery of parts using forklifts, the general care and service of the casting machines and occasional trouble shooting equipment faults.

Reason for Leaving: In November of 2002 I moved to New York for personal reasons (relationship).

Job Description:

Assembly Worker: Assembly of 150, 250 and 350 F-Series 4WD axles for Ford Motor Co. Assembly of AWD Tempo\Topaz Axle and related transfer case components. Assembly of Aerostar AWD axle and related components. Assembly of Isuzu rear axle. Charting of SPC records and equipment maintenance.

Receiving Inspection: Inspection of incoming parts samples for defects using statically tables and returning samples to correct areas. Records of inspections were kept using 1-2-3 Lotus of the inspection findings as performed.

OSHA and Environmental Coordinator: Working under the Direction of the Plant Engineer, responsibilities included a general knowledge of plant operations and understanding of the environmental and worker safety issues involved. The development programs and training for employees on OSHA issues include Employee Right to Know, PPE Usage, Plant Evacuation, Fire Response, Hazardous Spill Control and other issues. I have worked with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in the submitting permit requests and in inspections. My work was further reviewed by the DANA Spicer Legal and the DANA Center of Technology as to “best practices” and ISO 14000 standards of management. I sought and retained vendors to product and services related to OSHA and Environmental Issues when needed. The creation and filing of required records performed using Quattro Pro, Word Perfect and Word.

Reason for Leaving: Following personal tragedy (divorce) I returned to my hometown of Troy, Mo.

Job Description: Serving in what was West Germany and assigned to HHC 3D BN 32D Armor. Trained as a MOS 63N10, Tank Hull Mechanic was employed as a general mechanic to Charlie Company. I repaired 1/4 Jeep, 2 ˝ ton, 5 Ton trucks, tracked units APC113, M-88 and M-60A3 tank and was assigned driver to a wide number of truck and tracked equipment.

Battalion XO Driver: In the last 8 months of my tour I was assigned to Headquarters battalion and given the driver assignment. I was entrusted to move payroll and or sensitive items with or without direct supervision (depending on the item and level of security involved) between bases within West Germany.

Reason for Leaving: The military went through downsizing at my time of re-enlistment. Coupled with the high number of re-enlistments in my MOS the opportunity for rank promotion was unattainable. I received an Honorable Discharge; my D.D.-214 is available upon request.
